Technology

All our of equipment is manufactured through our extensive knowledge and experience in the field of vacuums.

We provide on both simple devices for laboratory needs and large technological complexes for industrial use.

All technologies are very environmentally friendly and meet all ecological standards and technological requirements.

Vacuum furnaces

Vacuum furnaces

Vacuum furnaces are designed for degassing, soldering, annealing, hardening, melting, tempering, etc. in a vacuum or in an inert gas atmosphere.

For example, a vacuum furnace may be needed for removing the material tension after forming processes, cleaning of components surfaces (degassing), capillary soldering, etc.

The produced devices, characterized by high quality construction, are controlled manually or by an industrial computer with the ability to archive technological processing data. They are manufactured for the use in a low and high vacuum area or in an inert gas atmosphere.

Steam Vacuum Equipment

Steam Vacuum Equipment

Primarily, it is intended for the application of thin layers of metals and nonmetals to a wide range of materials. A homogeneous solid layer is created when the layers are produced with the technology of evaporating the material at high temperature in a high vacuum and condensing it consequently on the substrate surface. The steaming surface reflects the quality of the substrate. The pretreatment is an intergral part of the technology. Applications of this technology include optics, electnics, glass industry, food industry etc.

Vacuum sputtering equipment

Vacuum sputtering equipment

Vacuum, also known as a magnetron sputtering, is used for applications of thin metal layers on metal and nonmetal substrates. The principle consists of applying a layer of ionized plasma. The applied material is fixed in the magnetron, and in a high vacuum it is ion bombarded while inert or reactive gas is infused. After reaching a certain energy the molecules of the material are directed towards a sputtering charge. The advantage of this process, when compared to steaming, relates to the transfer of tarot particles at very low temperature, thus there is no deformation of the substrate.

The technologies of these devices are used not only in glass and automotive industries, optics, electronics, for decorative purposes, but also in engineering, such as hard layers applications.

Hydrogen Furnaces

Hydrogen Furnaces

These furnaces are used for thermo-mechanical processes, e.g. soldering, sintering and the cleaning of metallic material. They are used is predominantly in engineering industries.

Plasma, microwave and ultrasound equipment

Plasma, microwave and ultrasound equipment

Plasma, microwave and ultrasound devices are suitable for surface cleaning and the removal of surface tension. These technologies are very importantly applied before the application of layers by technologies of sputtering and evaporation.

Vacuum drying furnaces

Vacuum drying furnaces

Vacuum drying furnaces serve as drying surfaces of different substrates in a vacuum. They are used in chemical, food, automotive, engineering, electronics and pharmaceutical industries.
